An enthusiastic and friendly team of people are at the heart of the production company. They have worked together for many years and their passion for the industry is evident.
Neil Smith established the company in 1998 after 20 years at Channel 9 and his colleagues also have tremendous experience in television. Amanda Duggan is the Executive Producer and Producer of "Out of the Blue". She has also worked in television in Darwin and Jakarta. Mark Manetti is the Senior Editor and after 20 years is one of the most accomplished editors in the business. Daniel Hook is the second editor on the team and he adds amazing motion graphics to our projects. Giselle Reschke looks after front of house and is a great point of contact for the clients, while Kathy Nixon looks after the money.
Graham Peach, Tait Muller, Caroline Mann, Paul Ryan... are all accomplished production specialists who work with tav productions on a range of projects.

.Neil Smith
Managing Director
As co-owner and Director of tav productions, Neil Smith brings extensive film, television and training experience, as well as the insight of completing a Masters in Business Administration.
During his career in the film and television industry, Neil has initiated, produced and supervised hundreds of hours of film and television, including studio-based programs, live outside broadcasts, children's programs, weekly tourism magazines, advertorial formats, commercials, sporting broadcasts and documentaries.
Among his credits during 20 years at Channel 9 Adelaide, Curiosity Show won the prestigious "Prix Jeunesse" in Munich in 1984, and the popular tourism program Postcards won the media category of the State and National Tourism Awards in 1997 and 1998, and the State Awards "Hall of Fame" in 1999.
Neil is Chairman of Channel 9 Telethon and serves on the boards of the Lisa Fahey Foundation, Barossa Enterprises and the Flinders Perry Telethon Trust.
.Amanda Duggan
Executive Producer
Amanda is the other owner of tav productions and has a broad knowledge of the industry. Her experience includes making television in the Northern territory, then over to Indonesia for three years and returning to Australia to work for Channel 9 Adelaide as the producer of Adelaide Today. During the last ten years she has worked on many projects from television programs Out of the Blue, Garden Guru's, Wine me Dine me to television commercials and corporate presentations. Her ongoing project is the television program Out of the Blue which has been hugely successful and is currently aired across the WIN Network, Foxtel and on 13 channels overseas. Amanda is incredibly passionate about television and thoroughly enjoys the challenge of 'getting it right' for her clients.
.Mark Manetti
Senior Editor
Mark is the senior production editor at tav productions. He has immense experience in the post-production of a vast array of production formats, from television series such as Postcards, Here's Humphrey, Building Ideas, Out of the Ordinary and A Current Affair, to corporate presentations and television commercials. Marks unique sense of timing and ability to 'gel' with people has made him a editor in great demand.
.DANIEL HOOK
Editor and Graphic Designer
Daniel has been working in the media industry as an editor since 2004. His talents include creating and editing television commercials, corporate presentations and most recently opening titles graphics for the popular television program Out of the Blue. He has a never say ‘can’t attitude and loves to think outside the box. His passion for story telling has resulted in a couple of short films which you will be tortured with if you ever have the pleasure of working with him.
.Giselle Reschke
Production Coordinator
Giselle is the most recent addition to the t.a.v productions team. She brings exceptional skills in project management, marketing and production coordination. She has significant experience across a broad range of arts activities, as well as a previous career in marketing communications. Giselle the enthusiastic face of our organisation.
.Kathy Nixon
Finance
No stone goes unturned with Kathy. She is a longstanding team member that remembers the days when tav had three employees. With her incredible organisational skills, loyalty and ability to juggle more projects than a circus performer she makes sure the numbers add up.
.Tait Muller
Producer/Director
Tait has had twenty years of experience in the film, theatre and television industry, primarily in the roles of producer and director. Since commencing his career at NWS9 in Adelaide, he has conceptualised, produced and directed a variety of film and television projects for national and international audiences, including studio-based programs, live outside broadcasts, children's programs, weekly magazine and advertorial programs, television commercials, sporting events and documentaries.
Among his recent credits include the Out of the Ordinary program for Channel Nine, a fourteen part series of short films for the Australian Defence Force, and a visual installation for the OzAsia festival in Adelaide.
.Graham Peach
Producer/Director
Graham is also a television industry veteran, having worked in the game for more than 30 years. His experience spans an enormous range of projects and he retains this enthusiasm as a producer and director.
In recent years he has been directing the South Australian stories for Garden Gurus, producing commercials and corporate projects for tav productions, directing the news bulletins for Channel 9 Adelaide and switching telecasts on the "big screen" coverage of football at AAMI Stadium.
